Clear expectations for using AuditionArc.

AuditionArc is operated by Cintara. These website terms explain the rules for using the service. A signed agreement or order form may add or replace terms for a participating organization. By signing in and selecting the acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Authorized use

Access is limited to invited organizations and people acting for a legitimate casting, production, representation, talent, client-review, or business-affairs purpose. Users must provide accurate information, protect private links, and follow their assigned permissions.

Content, consent, and confidentiality

Organizations and users retain responsibility for the briefs, talent information, media, notes, agreements, and other content they provide. They must have the rights and consents needed to upload, share, record, and process that content. Private casting materials may not be redistributed outside their intended project.

Adults only

AuditionArc currently supports adults aged 18 and older. Minor profiles and submissions are not permitted until specialized consent and legal safeguards are introduced.

Commercial records

AuditionArc tracks offers, contract status, invoices, payments, usage terms, and renewals. It does not hold performer funds, provide payroll, or replace legal, tax, union, or accounting advice.

Talent subscriptions and public profiles

Agency invitations, agency-managed opportunities, and private talent profiles do not require a paid talent subscription. Optional Talent Pro subscriptions renew at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; profile and career data remain available privately after cancellation. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per verified talent account.

A talent profile is published publicly only after the talent gives separate consent and AuditionArc approves the submitted presentation. AuditionArc may request changes, remove, or suspend a public profile to address safety, accuracy, rights, impersonation, or policy concerns. Talent remains responsible for having permission to publish all profile facts, names, images, credits, résumés, and linked media.

SMS Terms

By checking the SMS consent box at signup, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from AuditionArc, operated by Cintara Inc. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or email info@cintara.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service availability

Features may change as the service improves. Cintara may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service. Service commitments, fees, and termination terms are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
